2021 Refund Policy - After May 1, 2021

If the camp is canceled in whole or in part due to the COVID-19 pandemic under guidelines set forth by New York City or New York State Dept. of Health, a refund for the canceled schedule, whether whole or part of the summer season,  will be given in full to all participants.

If a registered party chooses to cancel their registration after May 1, 2021, and more than 14 days before the start date of the week or weeks for which they are registered, they will receive a 50% refund of their deposit or payment.

If a registered party chooses to cancel their registration less than 14 days before the start date of the week or weeks for which they are registered, they are ineligible for a refund for any part of the schedule which falls within the 14-day schedule.

Please note that you should register your child(ren) in the bands below based on the grade they will be entering in Fall 2021. If you homeschool or attend a school with blended grade levels, please choose the nearest grade level. Note that upon processing registrations, we will blend children into age groups with their peers; most campers will be placed with students within a 2-year age band based on their date of birth. We use the grouping below to ensure that the age groups are balanced as we take registrations but the actual groupings may vary at the start of each session, based on the characteristics of the campers enrolled for that session.
